What is Life Coaching?
Life coaching is a dynamic discipline designed to help motivate and inspire you to achieve more than you believe is possible. Just as an athlete would enlist a coach to train and support them in their sporting goals, a life coach is there to support, encourage and guide you, using expert techniques to help you feel at ease and confident in the changes you want to make in your life and career.
One of the most common misconceptions about life coaching is that it is therapy in disguise and you have to be unhealthy to visit one! Life coaching is a unique service designed to help people to achieve success and fulfilment.
Life coaching can encompass all areas of your life – your career, your relationship with yourself and others, dating and your romantic relationships, your health and emotional wellbeing, personal growth, finances, hobbies and interests. It provides a safe, confidential space for you to talk about whatever is going on for you. It is about creating a future that’s different from the future that would have arrived by default if you had no coach, no sense of creativity and no commitment. It’s about getting better, building awareness, transformation and achieving your goals.
Do I Need Coaching?
No! No one needs coaching! The question is, do you want coaching?
“Coaching is a collaborative, non-directive conversation that brings about change through inquiry, reflection, choice and new behaviours in order to help people make courageous decisions about their life, relationships and work”

I have had my own coach for years now because I’ve experienced first hand how my life transforms when I have someone who is impartial and non-judgemental, who brings me to my own attention and supports me to achieve my dreams.
